What it is
The Fervi 0872/OPD long double-pivot pliers are designed to multiply cutting and gripping force thanks to the double-joint mechanism. With a length of 335 mm they offer excellent leverage and let you reach difficult spots, while the 10 mm thickness ensures rigidity and resistance to stress. The gross weight of 0.43 kg gives them a solid feel without being excessively bulky.
Gripping hand tools include pliers, locking pliers, cutters and pullers for gripping, holding, cutting or dismantling parts in the workshop and in maintenance work.

How to use it
Choose the tool for the job: circlip pliers for fitting and removing circlips, locking pliers for holding a part in place, cable cutters for cables within the stated cross-section, puller for removing bearings and pulleys. Adjust locking pliers with the screw before closing them; centre the puller on the shaft and tighten the forcing screw gradually. Do not extend the handles with pipes and do not use the tools as a hammer.
