What it is
The Fervi RFF100 felt wheel with bore is an abrasive accessory for polishing and finishing surfaces, measuring 110 x 100 mm with a bore diameter of 19 mm. The felt allows polishing compounds to be applied and bright, uniform surfaces to be achieved, making it ideal for the final polishing stages on metals and other materials. The 19 mm bore makes it easy to mount on polishers and compatible shafts.
Bore-type abrasive cloth or felt wheels are thick discs with a central bore, fitted on the spindle of a bench grinder or a satin-finishing machine for satin finishing, deburring and polishing metals.
What it is for
Used for finishing surfaces and for polishing surfaces.
How to use it
Fit them on the spindle with the flanges and check that the maximum speed marked on the wheel is equal to or greater than that of the machine. Run idle for a few seconds before working and work with light, constant pressure. Wear safety glasses or a face shield and gloves.
