Set of clamping brackets Fervi K002/08

What it is

The Fervi K002/08 clamping set is a workholding kit for securing workpieces on the table of machine tools, configured with an M8 thread. The clamping elements make it possible to anchor the components to be machined securely and repeatably, ensuring stability during milling, drilling and other machining operations. The product complies with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC with CE marking and is certified Italian-made.

A vice is a bench or machine fixture that holds the workpiece securely during machining; clamps and cramps are the portable version.

What it is for

Used for clamping workpieces, for drilling steel, stainless steel and aluminium, on a pillar drill or with a hand-held drill and for milling faces, shoulders and slots on machine tools.

How to use it

Secure the vice to the bench or machine table with suitable bolts. Clamp the workpiece in the centre of the jaws, using soft jaws on delicate surfaces, and never extend the handle with a pipe. Position clamps and cramps so that the pressure bears on the workpiece and not on its edge. Clean and lubricate the screw regularly.
