What it is
The Fervi T201 modular articulated coolant hose is a flexible accessory for machine tools, designed to carry cutting fluid directly to the machining point. With a total length of 320 mm and a hose diameter of 12 mm (1/2''), it ensures a higher flow rate than the thinner models, while keeping the ability to set the articulated segments in the desired position. The weight of 0.11 kg ensures stability without weighing down the installation.

What it is for
Used for milling faces, shoulders and slots on machine tools, in workshop machining of steel, aluminium and alloy parts and for turning metal parts, both roughing and finishing.
How to use it
Choose the tool according to the material and operation and fit it well centred and tight in the tool holder or tap wrench. Set the speed and feed recommended for that material and lubricate the cut. When tapping by hand, advance half a turn and back off to break the chip. Replace or regrind the tool when the surface finish deteriorates.
