Boron carbide nozzle Fervi U003

What it is

The Fervi U003 boron carbide nozzle is a component for workshop equipment, in particular for sandblasting and shot-blasting systems, where it is subjected to heavy abrasion. Boron carbide is an extremely hard material, which ensures high wear resistance and a long nozzle life. With a diameter of Ø 7.5 mm and a weight of 0.06 kg, it delivers a well-calibrated jet and is a compact, easy-to-handle spare part (packaging 30x30x82 mm).

The sandblaster nozzle is the spout in a very hard material, such as ceramic, boron carbide or tungsten carbide, from which the jet of air and abrasive emerges.

What it is for

Used for preparing surfaces before treatment, for removing rust and oxides and for sandblasting surfaces.

How to use it

Fit it on the gun with the machine disconnected and choose the diameter to suit the air flow. Check the wear periodically and replace it when the bore is enlarged or the jet is irregular.
