Pneumatic oil extractor unit Fervi 0596

What it is

The Fervi 0596 pneumatic oil extractor unit is workshop equipment for extracting used oil from engines via probes, powered by compressed air. It has a 70 litre tank and a handy graduated 10 litre tank for monitoring the amount drawn off, with a maximum height of 1500 mm. It operates at a supply pressure of 8÷10 bar and a maximum tank pressure of 0.45 bar, drawing oil through the probes at flow rates between 0.4 and 1.6 l/min depending on the diameter. It comes with metal probes (2 x Ø 6 mm x 695 mm) and nylon probes (Ø 6 and Ø 8 mm), as well as rubber hoses for suction and discharge. The net weight is 25 kg.

Vehicle repair tools are wrenches and specialist tools for vehicle maintenance (oil filters and drain plugs, brakes, nuts and bolts), together with accessories such as oil drain pans and snow socks.

How to use it

Work with the engine off and cold and the vehicle on level ground, braked and, if raised, supported on axle stands. Use a wrench of the exact size for the filter or plug and collect used oil in the drain trolley for disposal. Fit snow socks to the drive wheels following the instructions and drive at reduced speed.
