FCD-FP cutting disc Fischer

What it is

The cutting disc FCD-FP Fischer is a flat abrasive disc designed for precise, clean cutting operations. With an outer diameter of 115 mm, a mounting bore of 22.23 mm and a slim thickness of just 1 mm, it offers a thin cut that reduces material loss and limits effort during work. The maximum permitted rotation speed is 13,300 rpm, a value compatible with common 115 mm angle grinders.

A metal cutting disc is a thin reinforced-resin abrasive disc that cuts steel, stainless steel, aluminium, rebar and sections with an angle grinder or cut-off saw.

Used for cutting metal sections, sheet and tube.

How to use it

Check that the diameter, bore and maximum speed match the machine, and fit it with the correct flanges and the guard in position. Cut with the disc perpendicular to the workpiece, which is clamped in a vice, without bending the disc or using its side for grinding. Use a dedicated stainless steel or aluminium disc where required, and discard any disc that is chipped or past its printed expiry date.
