FZUB bit Fischer

What it is

The Fischer FZUB bit is a drilling tool with a hole diameter d0 of 18 mm, suitable for making holes in concrete for installing fastening systems. Supplied in a pack of 1 piece, it is designed to produce holes of the correct size, an essential prerequisite for the correct holding strength of the anchors.

The undercut drill bit is a special bit that widens the bottom of the hole, to accommodate undercut anchors.

What it is for

Used for drilling reinforced concrete, in hammer or rotary hammer mode and for drilling solid and hollow masonry, clay brick and blocks.

How to use it

Use it with the adapter and procedure specified by the anchor manufacturer, after drilling the cylindrical hole to the prescribed depth. Check the depth of the undercut and clean the dust out of the hole before inserting the anchor. Wear safety glasses and a dust mask.
