What it is
The ISO 7089 Fischer washer is a flat washer compliant with the ISO 7089 standard, with an inner diameter of 8.4 mm, an outer diameter of 16 mm and a thickness S of 1.6 mm. It is supplied in a practical pack of 200 pieces, ideal for continuous restocking of fixings.
A washer is a perforated disc placed under the nut or screw head to spread the load, prevent loosening or insulate the fixing.

How to use it
Choose an inner diameter matching the screw or threaded rod and a compatible material (zinc-plated, stainless steel, plastic). Place flat washers and penny washers under the nut to avoid damaging the substrate and to spread the pressure; place the spring washer under the nut, where it is flattened on tightening to resist vibration loosening. Use seismic washers only with the anchor they are certified for.
