Extended nylon plug for window and door frames SHR Fischer

What it is

The Fischer SHR extended nylon plug for window frames is a fixing designed for installing frames and windows. It features a drill hole diameter D0 of 14 mm, a minimum drill hole depth H1 of 110 mm, a fixing length L of 100 mm and a maximum fixable thickness (Tfix) of 10 mm, with an effective anchoring depth of 90 mm. The extended version makes it possible to bridge the gap between the frame and the masonry.

Heavy-duty fixings are steel or reinforced nylon anchors that carry high loads in concrete and solid masonry.

What it is for

Used for anchoring shelves, brackets and structures to walls, for general-purpose fixing into masonry, concrete and timber and for assembly work.

How to use it

Drill with a bit of the specified diameter to the required depth, then clean the hole with a brush and blow-out pump. Insert the anchor through the part to be fixed, hammering it in if necessary, and tighten the nut with a torque wrench to the torque specified by the manufacturer. Observe the minimum edge distances and spacings stated in the technical data sheet.
