NBR gaskets for PE tanks, Rototec

What it is

Gaskets are NBR rubber components intended for installers and designers. They are used to install bulkhead fittings on polyethylene tanks and vats, drilling with a hole saw and ensuring the correct seal at the penetration. The procedure is as follows: drill with a hole saw of slightly larger diameter than the fitting, insert the gasket and pass the pipe through, consulting the diameter / hole saw Ø table. The gaskets are designed to ensure a seal at inlet/outlet penetrations on polyethylene products, installed using a hole saw according to the diameter indicated. Maintenance consists of periodic seal checks and replacement in the event of wear.

These are accessories and spare parts for buried tanks and basins: extension shafts to bring the opening up to ground level, inspection covers, gaskets and branch fittings for the connections.

How to use it

Choose parts compatible with the tank and fit them watertight, with the gasket intact and clean in its seat. The extension shaft brings the cover up to ground level. Keep the cover closed at all times to prevent falls and infiltration, and open it only for inspections.
