Electric underfloor heating is a heating cable laid under the tiles, secured with clips and controlled by a thermostat with a floor sensor.
What it is for
Used for laying tiles and slabs, from spreading the adhesive to grouting and for heating homes and small premises.
How to use it
Prepare the substrate specified for the system and lay the cable at regular spacing, securing it in the clips, without crossing, cutting or shortening it. Place the thermostat sensor between two runs and measure the cable resistance before and after installation. Embed the cable in tile adhesive, have a qualified electrician make the connection and switch the system on only once the adhesive has fully cured.
