What it is

Power trowel blades are steel blades that are fixed to the rotor arms and smooth the concrete on contact. Floating blades prepare the surface, finishing blades close it, and combination blades do both stages.

How to use it

Fit them all of the same type and thickness, tightening the fixings firmly, and adjust the pitch: slight at the start, greater when finishing. Check for wear before each use: worn or bent blades leave marks and are replaced as a set.
