What it is
Combination pliers. Key specifications: material Steel.
Pliers are a hand tool with two hinged handles for gripping, bending, clamping or cutting wire and small parts, with jaws shaped to suit the job.
What it is for
Used in the installation and maintenance of residential and industrial electrical systems and for manual work in the workshop and on site.
How to use it
Choose the right jaws: combination pliers for gripping and cutting, long-nose pliers for tight spaces, diagonal cutters for cutting, wire strippers for removing insulation, pincers for tie wire and nails. Grip the workpiece close to the pivot for more force and cut only material within the tool's capacity. Near live parts, use only VDE insulated pliers with undamaged insulation; do not use pliers as a hammer or as a spanner on nuts.
