What it is
Long waterproof coat with partial chemical protection: it is the Portwest Flexatex Chem S658, sizes S to XXXL. It is certified EN 343 class 4:2 against rain, with a water column of 10,000 mm and breathability of 8,000 g/m² in 24 hours, and EN 13034 type PB [6], that is protection of part of the body against limited splashes of liquid chemicals. It has welded seams, a stowable hood, a double storm flap and adjustable cuffs with an inner elastic cuff.
Multi-standard protective clothing includes jackets, coveralls, fleeces, softshells and aprons that, depending on the model, protect against one or more hazards: poor visibility, flame, chemicals, cold and rain.

Used as personal protective equipment required by the risk assessment, for industrial cleaning of production areas, machinery and plant and for plant protection treatments.
How to use it
Check the label for the standards the garment meets and make sure they match the actual hazards of the job. Wear the garment fully fastened and complete, without covering it with non-protective layers that cancel its effect, such as an ordinary jacket over hi-vis clothing. Follow the washing instructions and the maximum number of wash cycles, as incorrect laundering reduces flame-retardant or reflective performance; replace damaged garments.
