The ice scraper is a tool with a rigid blade, generally plastic, that removes ice and frost from windscreens and windows.

How to use it
Rest the blade on the glass at a slight angle and push in one direction only. Keep the blade clean and free of sand, which would scratch the glass. To soften the ice, switch on the windscreen heating first.
