Gas leak detector spray is a foaming liquid which, when sprayed on fittings and pipework, forms bubbles where gas is escaping.

What it is for

Used in air conditioning and air handling systems, in the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems and for inspecting plant, pipework and structures.

How to use it

Spray it on the fittings and joints to be checked and look for bubbles forming. Where they appear, shut off the gas, ventilate the room, avoid flames and sparks, and tighten or replace the part. Do not use it on hot or live parts.
