What it is
Copper washers. Key specifications: material Copper.
A washer is a perforated disc placed under the nut or screw head to spread the load, prevent loosening or insulate the fixing.
What it is for
Used in the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems, in mechanical maintenance of machinery and plant, during scheduled shutdowns or breakdowns and for vehicle maintenance, in the workshop and on the road.
How to use it
Choose an inner diameter matching the screw or threaded rod and a compatible material (zinc-plated, stainless steel, plastic). Place flat washers and penny washers under the nut to avoid damaging the substrate and to spread the pressure; place the spring washer under the nut, where it is flattened on tightening to resist vibration loosening. Use seismic washers only with the anchor they are certified for.
