What it is

The optic is the LED light unit of a signal head or traffic light, with the lens and the colour or symbol to be shown, such as red, amber, green or an arrow.

What it is for

Used for construction site signage, for permanent and temporary road signage and for road safety and the protection of people working on the road.

How to use it

Fit it in the body of the signal head with the power off, checking that the voltage and the connection are those specified. Replace it if it fails or to change colour or symbol. Clean the lens with a damp cloth, without solvents.
