What it is

How to use it
Mark off the area with chain or tape stretched taut between stable posts, at a clearly visible height. Position rotating beacons and lamps high up and check that they are switched on and charged, especially at night or in poor visibility. Fix convex mirrors to a post or wall, angled towards the blind spot to be monitored.
