What it is
Extra-flat Schuko plug. Key specifications: current (A) 16, colour White.
The plug is the male connector with pins and earth that is fitted to an appliance's cable and inserted in the socket; it can be of the Italian or Schuko type and with a defined rating in amperes.
What it is for
Used in the installation and maintenance of residential and industrial electrical systems.
How to use it
Choose a plug rated for the current of the cable and the appliance. Connect the cable to the internal terminals, matching the conductor colours, with the yellow-green wire going to the earth pin, and secure it with the cable clamp. Always unplug by gripping the plug, not the cable, and replace the plug if it is cracked or overheated.
