Defibrillator cabinet for outdoor use in steel with glazed door 425x215x480 mm Carvel

What it is

Wall-mounted carbon steel case for keeping a defibrillator outdoors, with watertight welds, seals against water and dust and a door with a 4 mm acrylic window. Inside is a removable grated shelf that lets warm air circulate; the snap closure accepts a padlock or a seal. As well as the basic version, there is one with a 105 dB siren anti-theft alarm, one with a thermostat-controlled 220 V heater that, with on-off regulation between 10 and 20 °C, keeps the interior above 10 °C, or one with both.

First aid supplies include first aid boxes, kits, cabinets and dressings to keep ready at company premises, on site and in vehicles.

What it is for

How to use it

Choose the kit according to the company's risk category and number of employees, and place it in a known, clearly signed and easily accessible location. Check the contents and expiry dates regularly and replace anything used straight away. In the event of an injury, put on the disposable gloves from the kit, dress the wound and, if necessary, call 112.

Safe use

Install the cabinet in a visible, signposted spot and regularly check the condition and expiry dates of the defibrillator it holds. In the versions with an alarm, replace the 9 V battery when the low-battery warning appears; those with a heater must be connected to the 220 V mains.
