Rechargeable halogen torch IP43 with mains and 12 V car chargers Carvel

What it is

Portable torch with halogen lamp and 105 mm reflector, which throws the beam to about 500 metres. The removable sealed 6 V 4 Ah lead-acid battery lasts 10 hours; it is recharged from the 230 V mains or from the car's 12 V socket. The impact-resistant plastic body has IP43 protection against rain and is carried on a shoulder strap.

Torches are portable LED lights, handheld, head-mounted, lantern-style or cap-mounted, for lighting the work point or moving around in the dark.

Used for lighting the workplace and for inspecting plant, pipework and structures.

How to use it

Before use, check the battery charge or the condition of the batteries. Adjust the head torch with the elastic strap and angle the beam downwards so as not to dazzle colleagues. If the torch is not used for a long time, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.
