What it is
Threaded Adapter from M12 to M10, Unifix. Key specifications: connection M12 a M10, material Stainless steel, thread M12.
The threaded adaptor is an element with different threads at the two ends, to connect rods or components with threads of different diameters.
What it is for
Used for chemical anchoring, where the load or edge distance rules out a mechanical anchor and for structural fixings, where the fixing is load-bearing and must be calculated.
How to use it
Screw it on one side to the rod or fitting and on the other to the element to be connected, checking that the whole thread is engaged before tightening. Use one of the same material as the elements to be connected, to avoid corrosion between different metals, and tighten without forcing.
