What it is

Washing tray Profi for tilers. Key specifications: material Plastic.

The tray, or washing bucket, is a shallow plastic or rubber container for the rinse water for sponges and floats, or for small quantities of mix; many models have rollers or a grid for wringing out the sponge and some are mounted on a trolley.

What it is for

Used for laying tiles and slabs, from spreading the adhesive to grouting, for cleaning hard surfaces before treatment or at the end of the job and for filling surfaces and joints.

How to use it

Fill it with clean water and change it often, because water dirtied with grout or adhesive also dirties the joints. Wring the sponge out on the rollers or the grid, without twisting it. At the end of the job, empty it, wash off grout and adhesive residues immediately and leave to dry.
