What it is
The SuperFinish 21 Pro HEA by Wagner is an electric diaphragm airless pump, in the Spraypack version for wall paints. It has a 0.9 kW brushless motor at 230-240 V, a flow rate of up to 2.1 l/min, an operating pressure of 207 bar (20.7 MPa) and accepts nozzles up to 0.021". HEA (High Efficiency Airless) technology sprays at reduced pressure: according to Wagner it produces up to 55% less overspray than a traditional airless. It weighs 23.6 kg and has a 15 m DN6 hose; Wagner code 2437311.

Used for painting interiors and exteriors and for coating wood, metal and masonry surfaces.
How to use it
Prepare and strain the product to the stated viscosity, choose the right tip and set the pressure and flow rate with a test on cardboard. Mask off anything that needs protecting and spray at a constant distance, perpendicular to the surface, with parallel overlapping passes. After use, flush the circuit immediately with the solvent or water suited to the product; work with a vapour or dust mask in a ventilated area.
