What it is
Bossong threaded bushes (code: Threaded bushes) are accessories designed for professional chemical anchoring, ideal for structural connections in concrete, masonry and mixed substrates. The chemical anchor sleeve is a sleeve, internally threaded or meshed, that is bonded into the hole with resin and allows a screw or rod to be screwed in afterwards; the mesh sleeve is used in hollow materials.
What it is for
Used for anchoring shelves, brackets and structures to walls, for chemical anchoring, where the load or edge distance rules out a mechanical anchor and for structural fixings, where the fixing is load-bearing and must be calculated.
How to use it
Drill, clean the hole and insert the sleeve, filled with resin if it is a mesh sleeve, to the stated depth. Leave it to cure without moving it and only then screw in the screw or rod. Use the diameter and length specified for the load.
