Rotary tilting table with chuck Fervi T017/100

What it is

Tilting rotary table with chuck Fervi T017/100 is a machine tool accessory that combines 360° rotation, table tilt of up to 90° and a 100 mm chuck for clamping the workpiece. The 1:36 reduction ratio allows precise indexing, while the 4 slots of 8 mm and the horizontal height of 102 mm complete its configuration. The net weight is 11 kg.

What it is for

Used for clamping workpieces, for drilling steel, stainless steel and aluminium, on a pillar drill or with a hand-held drill and for milling faces, shoulders and slots on machine tools.

How to use it

Choose the tool according to the material and operation and fit it well centred and tight in the tool holder or tap wrench. Set the speed and feed recommended for that material and lubricate the cut. When tapping by hand, advance half a turn and back off to break the chip. Replace or regrind the tool when the surface finish deteriorates.
