What it is

Long articulated T-handle keys, art. 1150. Key specifications: material chrome vanadium steel, finish chrome-plated, type long articulated T-shaped.

A socket is a cylinder with a hexagonal or bi-hex profile that fits over the nut and mounts on a ratchet; the category also includes box spanners and T-handle wrenches.

What it is for

Used for tightening nuts and bolts where torque must be accurate and repeatable.

How to use it

Choose a socket of the exact size with the ratchet's drive, standard or deep depending on how far the bolt protrudes. Push it fully onto the nut and pull the handle smoothly, without jerking. Chrome sockets are for hand use only: impact wrenches require impact sockets.
