What it is

Oil-free piston compressor by Fini from the MedicAir line, model OF 750-24V-1M (code FOCC104FNM458), basic range for one dental unit. It has an OL75 two-cylinder pump unit, a 1.5 HP (1.1 kW) electric motor at 230 V/50 Hz, 1400 rpm, an air intake of 85 l/min, a maximum pressure of 8 bar and a 24-litre tank. The declared sound level is 55 dB(A) and the gross weight is 27.5 kg.

A piston compressor produces compressed air with one or more cylinders and stores it in a receiver, to supply air tools, spray guns and tyre inflation.

What it is for

Used to supply air tools, from the compressor to the point of use and in compressed air systems, from generation in the compressor room to distribution on the shop floor.

How to use it

Place it on a stable, well-ventilated surface, outdoors if it has a combustion engine, and connect it to a suitable socket or refuel it. On lubricated models, check the oil level before starting, then set the regulator to the pressure required by the tool. Drain condensate from the receiver regularly and clean or replace the air filters as specified in the manual.
