Safety container EI/REI 120 open space for outdoors with double hinged door Carvel

What it is

Container for outdoor placement with walls and door in EI 120 panels and roof in REI 120 panels, all insulated with mineral wool and in reaction-to-fire class A2-s1-d0. Inside is a single compartment with a 600 kg/m² galvanised grating floor, set on a 2 mm galvanised steel collection sump. Available in five lengths, from 2130 to 6130 mm, with a sump of 550 to 1750 litres, and moved with a forklift truck fitted with fork extensions.

A storage container is a lockable sheet steel unit, shipping or site type, for keeping tools, machinery and materials secure outdoors.

What it is for

Used for workplace safety, as equipment required by the safety plan, for the orderly storage of materials and equipment and for storing materials in the warehouse and on site.

How to use it

Set it on level, compacted ground, raised off the ground on beams or blocks, and level it so the doors close properly. Organise materials on shelving along the walls, leaving a central aisle, and ventilate to reduce condensation. Secure it with a padlock and periodically check the roof, seals and hinges.

Safe use

Anchor the container to the ground with the anchors specified for the pre-arranged fixing points and check the collection sump regularly. The liquid collected must be disposed of as waste according to the substance that leaked.
