Horizontal Hook Adapter CSC Edilizia 390

What it is

The horizontal hook adaptor CSC Edilizia 390 is a metal component designed for installing lifeline-type fall arrest systems in building work. Made of S235JR (Fe 360 B) structural steel, a material widely used in steelwork for its toughness and good weldability, and designed to the general tolerances of UNI-ISO 2768. It features a drilling pattern with four Ø 10.5 mm holes and one Ø 6.5 mm hole, plus a group of four Ø 6 holes, for fixing and coupling to the hooks. With a low weight of 0.30 kg, it remains easy to handle during installation.

Lifeline accessories are certified components (rails and profiles, cables, shackles, bases, spacers and spares) for building and completing horizontal and vertical fall protection systems.

What it is for

Used as an anchor point in fall protection systems, for work at height, where access and restraint must be ensured for the whole job and for fall protection, as part of a fall arrest or work restraint system.

How to use it

Use only compatible components specified by the system manufacturer, in accordance with the lifeline design. Installation must be carried out by a qualified installer, fixing bases and profiles to the structure with the specified anchors and issuing the installation documentation. Inspect the system before use and have it examined at the required intervals; after a fall, the components involved must be taken out of service.
