125mm angle grinder (body only, in Tstak case) DeWalt DCG412NT-XJ

What it is

The DeWalt DCG412NT-XJ is an 18 V cordless angle grinder, offered as a bare unit in a TSTAK case. It takes 125 mm diameter discs and develops a no-load speed of 7000 rpm, suited to cutting and grinding operations on metals and building materials. With compact dimensions – 400 mm long and 125 mm high – and a weight of 2.2 kg, it offers good control during work. It is supplied in a cardboard box as a single unit.

An angle grinder is an electric, cordless or pneumatic rotating disc tool for cutting, deburring, wire brushing and, with accessories, polishing.

What it is for

Used for grinding parts and sharpening tools, for grinding and cleaning up weld seams and burrs and for cutting metal sections, sheet and tube.

How to use it

Fit a disc suited to the job, with a diameter and maximum speed compatible with the machine, tighten it with the flange and key and position the guard between disc and operator. Hold with both hands using the side handle, start it unloaded and work without forcing and without twisting the disc in the cut. Wear safety glasses or a face shield, gloves and ear defenders, and unplug the machine before changing the disc.
