What it is

DeWalt DFM3510450 frame screws are designed for the direct fixing of windows, doors and frames to masonry. The 7.5 mm diameter ensures a strong shank, while the 152 mm length allows them to reach and anchor deep in the substrate, safely handling larger installation gaps and greater distances to bridge.

A frame screw is a long screw with a special thread that fixes door and window frames directly to the wall, without a plug.

What it is for

Used for anchoring shelves, brackets and structures to walls and for general-purpose fixing into masonry, concrete and timber.

How to use it

Set the frame level with wedges and drill through frame and wall with the specified bit. Drive the screw until the frame is secured without distorting it, then recheck the alignment. Cover the head with the cover caps provided and fill the gaps with the specified material.
