The drywall router bit is a spiral bit with a side cutting edge, to be fitted to the cut-out tool, which cuts plasterboard sheets around electrical boxes and openings.

How to use it

Fit it to the cut-out tool, plunge the bit into the board and guide it along the edge in one continuous pass, without forcing. Adjust the depth to the thickness of the board and hold the tool with both hands. Wear safety glasses and a dust mask and vacuum up the dust.
