Single-phase petrol power generator, 8.5kW, with wheels, DeWalt

What it is

The DeWalt single-phase petrol generator delivers up to 8.5 kW and is the ideal solution for powering tools and equipment where the mains supply does not reach. The distribution board integrates a 3-pole CEE 32 A 230V socket, a 16 A Schuko socket and a 12V DC 8.3 A output, so that different loads can be connected safely. With dimensions of 70x55x63 cm and a weight of 87 kg, it is fitted with wheels that make it easier to move around the site.

A generating set is a generator with a petrol, diesel or gas engine, portable or wheeled, for powering tools and installations where there is no mains supply.

What it is for

Used to power construction sites where mains supply is unavailable or insufficient, for emergency power generation when the mains supply fails and for emergency power on construction sites, at events and in plants.

How to use it

Set it up outdoors, on level ground and well ventilated, away from doors and windows, and earth it where required. Check the oil, fuel and coolant, start it and apply loads gradually, without exceeding the rated output. Refuel with the engine off and carry out maintenance at the specified running hours.
