What it is

Systema is a system of prefabricated modular buildings on one or two storeys, in six configurations. SY1, SY2 and SY3 have one, three or six independent rooms per floor, with separate entrances and, in the two-storey version, external stairs and an access balcony. The FFC versions join the units front to front and double the depth: a single open space per floor, with no partition walls.

Each component weighs less than 40 kg and can be handled by hand: assembly is carried out with hand tools and simple scaffolding, without heavy lifting equipment, even by local staff trained with manuals and video tutorials. The building can be dismantled, repacked and reinstalled several times.

What it is for

Offices and operational bases, service facilities, temporary settlements and projects abroad, where the building has to be shipped in a container and assembled without a crane.

The SY1 travels disassembled in a 20 ft dry container; for the other configurations the loading plan depends on the project. Structural calculation reports and seismic verifications are supplied on request. With ISO 14001 certification, EN 1090 declaration of performance (CPR), UNI/PdR 125:2022 and SOA qualification.

Customisation options

• Internal bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower, as a kit with solar water heater
• Kitchenette of about 1.8 m with stainless steel sink, 2-ring electric hob, extractor hood and 130-litre fridge with freezer
• External bathroom in a separate module to be placed alongside the building
• Internal walls that can be added, moved or removed; doors and windows can be repositioned
• Stairs, landings and connection kits between modules, quoted separately
