What it is
The MSP Pivot fixed loft ladder by Fakro is a permanent access solution to the loft space with a maximum load capacity of 160 kg. Manufactured to EN 14975 and CE and TÜV certified, it provides a robust, reliable link to loft spaces, combining load capacity with compliance with the relevant technical standards.
Mobile platform steps, loft ladders, vertical ladders and work platforms are mobile or fixed means of access to height for warehouses, lofts and plant, with the related accessories.

Used for thermal insulation of walls, roofs and pipework and for assembly work.
How to use it
Use mobile platform steps on a level floor with the castors braked, climbing facing the steps and holding the handrail. Install loft ladders and fixed ladders following the manufacturer's instructions, checking the opening dimensions and the anchorage to the structure. Do not exceed the stated load capacity, and check steps, hinges, castors and fixings regularly.
