Gold hook-and-loop disc Fervi VDG150/120F8

What it is

The Fervi VDG150/120F8 gold hook-and-loop disc has a diameter of Ø 150 mm, a 120 grit and 8 holes for dust extraction, a configuration that keeps the surface clean and improves the life of the abrasive during sanding. The hook-and-loop system makes replacement on the backing pad immediate, while the fine 120 grit is suited to finishing work.

Sandpaper is an abrasive in sheet or disc form, often hook-and-loop backed, for fitting to sanders or backing pads to sand wood, metal, paint and filler.

What it is for

Used for sanding surfaces before painting, for sanding surfaces, as preparation or as a finish and for sanding wood before varnishing or finishing.

How to use it

Choose the same shape and hole pattern as the backing pad, so that the holes line up for dust extraction. Start with a coarse grit (low number) and move to finer grits up to the finish without skipping too many steps. Sand with light pressure, keeping the machine moving, and change the sheet when it is clogged or worn smooth.
