Lever dial test indicator, 0.01 mm, Fervi T007G

What it is

The Fervi T007G plunger dial indicator (0.01 mm) is a precision measuring instrument for dimensional checks in the machine shop. It belongs to the Fervi range of plunger dial indicators and is designed to detect deviations, flatness and stops conveniently, integrating with magnetic stands and measuring equipment for inspecting workpieces.

The dial indicator is a dial or digital instrument with a pointed probe, which measures small displacements and deviations from a reference: flatness, concentricity, run-out.

What it is for

Used in quality control of parts and workmanship and for measuring on site and in the workshop.

How to use it

Fix it on a stand or a rigid support, with the probe resting on the workpiece and a slight preload. Zero it at the reference point and move the workpiece or the instrument, reading the deviations. Avoid knocks and lateral stress on the probe.
