Digital spirit level with laser beam Fervi 0666

What it is

The Fervi 0666 digital level with laser beam combines electronic inclination measurement with a laser pointer for marking at a distance. At 600 mm long, it has a measuring range of 0 ~ 360°, a resolution of 0.1° and a level accuracy of ± 0.05°, with a laser point accuracy of ±1 mm/m at a wavelength of 650 nm. It is powered by 2 x 1.5 V AAA batteries and features auto power-off after 5 minutes.

A box section spirit level is a rigid aluminium profile with bubble vials for checking level and plumb; some have a magnetic base.

What it is for

Used for levelling surfaces and structures and for setting out, in masonry work, from laying blocks to filling chases and for marking out lines, dimensions and reference points before work begins.

How to use it

Place the level on the clean surface and read the bubble: the surface is level when the bubble is centred between the two lines. To check its accuracy, take a reading, turn the level through 180 degrees on the same spot and read again: the bubble must be in the same position. Do not use it as a straightedge for striking or levering, and store it in its case.
