What it is

The Fervi A003/32SDC SDC diamond wheel is an abrasive accessory measuring 125 x 20 x 19 mm, made with synthetic diamond abrasive (SDC) for sharpening and grinding very hard materials. The diamond structure ensures efficient cutting action and remarkable wear resistance, keeping the working geometry constant. Weighing 1.16 kg, it offers sturdiness and stability in use.

The diamond grinding point is a small grinding wheel with a surface coated in industrial diamond, suitable for working very hard materials such as ceramic, glass, stone and carbide.

What it is for

Used for tool maintenance, keeping tools sharp and efficient and for grinding parts and sharpening tools.

How to use it

Insert the shank fully into the collet and run it idle for a few seconds before working. Work with light, constant pressure at moderate speed and, where indicated, cool with water. Wear safety glasses or a face shield and a dust mask.
