What it is
The Fervi 0020/6 side-cutting electronics cutter is a precision tool dedicated to fine work on electronic boards and components. 110 mm long and weighing only 0.09 kg, it offers a light grip and precise control when snipping terminals, thin conductors and small elements. The side-cutting configuration makes it easier to reach points where the cut has to be made to the side of the wire.
Cutting pliers are a hand tool with two levers and cutting edges, used to shear wires, cables, nails and terminals; they come with diagonal, side or end cutting edges.
What it is for
Used for wiring control panels and installations and for manual work in the workshop and on site.
How to use it
Grip the wire with the cutting edges square to it and squeeze firmly, staying within the cutting capacity of the tool. Do not cut wires and steels harder than stated. Wear safety glasses, because the cut piece can fly off; near live parts, use only insulated cutting pliers.
