A photocell is a pair consisting of an infrared transmitter and receiver that detects an obstacle in the gateway and makes the gate stop or reverse.

How to use it

Mount them on either side of the opening, at the same height and properly aligned, and connect them to the control unit. Test by passing an obstacle in front of the beam and checking that the gate stops. Keep the lenses clear of dust and dirt.
