What it is
Auto-darkening mask Ingco. Key specifications: temperature (°C) 55.
The auto-darkening welding helmet has an electronic filter that stays clear before the arc is struck and darkens automatically as soon as the arc ignites, so the electrode can be positioned without raising and lowering the helmet.
What it is for
Used as personal protective equipment required by the risk assessment and in welding and the work that goes with it.
How to use it
Adjust the headgear and, where provided, the shade and the sensitivity according to the process and the welding current. Before starting, check that the filter darkens when exposed to the light of the arc or another intense light source. Keep the sensors clean, change the batteries if fitted, and replace the front protective lens when it is scratched or spattered. For grinding and chipping, safety glasses are still required.
