A mixer tap is a tap that blends hot and cold water into a single stream and lets you adjust flow and temperature with a lever or two controls.

How to use it
Turn off the water upstream, fix the body onto the washbasin, sink, bidet or bath, or build it into the wall for a shower, and connect the supply with flexible hoses or fittings, sealing the threads where there is no gasket. Turn the water on and check the seals. Descale the aerator periodically, and replace the internal cartridge if the mixer drips.
