What it is

It is a small prefabricated hospitality unit, to be placed in a city or at chosen sites and used as a hostel. It is built from Serie M1 modules, clad and coloured both inside and outside, and is delivered complete with electrical and water systems and a heating and air-conditioning system.

What it is for

It offers tourists and visitors comfortable, low-cost accommodation in strategic locations. Inside there is a large furnished sleeping and living area with design elements and a full bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower.

Outside, the structure can be completed with an LED screen on which to show information and commercial announcements.

How it is designed

The module is developed from the customer's own idea and design, starting from the structural base of the Serie M1: furnishings, cladding and interior and exterior colours follow the design.

Before you order

In your request, state the number of modules and beds, the internal layout, furnishings and finishes, exterior colours and cladding, whether the LED screen is needed, the fittings (electrical, plumbing and air-conditioning systems), the layout drawings and the transport destination. Installation is on concrete slabs, foundation kerbs or blocks: the calculation and execution of the foundations are the customer's responsibility, and permits from the local authorities depend on use and size.

With ISO 14001 certification, EN 1090 declaration of performance (CPR), UNI/PdR 125:2022 and SOA qualification.
