A lifting clamp is an attachment for cranes, excavators or paving machines that grips bricks, blocks, panels and precast concrete units to lift and lay them.
What it is for
Used for handling materials on site, for lifting loads, with accessories rated for the weight involved and for moving materials around the site and the warehouse.
How to use it
Choose the clamp according to the shape, size and weight of the unit and check that the weight of the load plus that of the clamp is within the carrier's capacity. Centre the clamp on the load, close the grip and lift a few centimetres to check the hold before moving it. No one must stand under the load; inspect jaws, rubber pads and pins regularly.
