What it is
Concrete screw Tapcon Xtrem Csk SPIT. Key specifications: thread diameter (mm) 6 - 14, drilling hole diameter (mm) 6 - 14, total anchor length (mm) 50 - 170.
A concrete screw is a screw anchor that is driven directly into the hole in concrete or masonry, cutting its own thread, without a plug.
What it is for
Used for anchoring shelves, brackets and structures to walls and for mechanical fixing of structures and components to walls, ceilings and floors.
How to use it
Drill with a bit of the diameter specified for the screw to the required depth and clean the hole thoroughly. Drive the screw through the part being fixed with a spanner or impact driver until it is seated, without overtightening. Observe the edge distances and hole spacings stated in the technical data sheet.
