What it is
Unifix threaded rods for chemical anchors (code 0905-410-08-01 and variants) are the professional solution for structural fixings in solid walls of concrete, natural stone or brick. Designed for applications requiring strength and durability, they are used together with chemical anchors to ensure a reliable hold even in critical conditions, ideal for installers, builders and industrial maintenance engineers.
Threaded rod is steel rod threaded along its entire length which, with nuts, washers and connectors, is used to make tie rods, hangers and chemical anchor fixings.
What it is for
Used for anchoring shelves, brackets and structures to walls, for chemical anchoring, where the load or edge distance rules out a mechanical anchor and for structural fixings, where the fixing is load-bearing and must be calculated.
How to use it
Cut to length with a hacksaw or angle grinder and clean up the thread with a file or by running a nut over it. Screw it into couplers and connectors or set it in the hole with chemical anchor, then tighten with a nut and washer. Choose the property class and finish, zinc-plated or stainless, according to the load and environment.
